Joining Carta Healthcare as a Contract Sourcing Recruiter means stepping into a high-impact role focused on what matters most: finding exceptional healthcare talent before they’re actively looking. You’ll partner closely with our Healthcare Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and sustain strong pipelines that support our continued growth across healthcare and quality-focused roles.

This role is ideal for an experienced sourcer who thrives in passive candidate outreach, data-driven recruiting, and fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source and engage healthcare professionals through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and online platforms.

  • Spend approximately 80% of your time sourcing passive candidates, primarily with nursing or quality experience within health systems.

  • Build, manage, and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and candidate conversions.

  • Share regular updates and market insights with recruiting and talent stakeholders.

  • Analyze sourcing performance data and continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.

  • Strong command of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and data mining.

  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (required).

  • Experience with Greenhouse is highly preferred.

  • Ability to effectively leverage multiple job boards and sourcing platforms.

  • Proven success delivering qualified sourced candidates in a metrics-driven environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and high professional standards.

  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Compensation & Eligibility

The target wage range for this role is $20–25 per hour, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
